1. General Provisions

2.1.1. To process the Buyer’s orders;
2.1.2. To issue financial documents (e.g., invoices);
2.1.3. To address issues related to the delivery or provision of goods;
2.1.4. To fulfill other contractual obligations.

If the request is complex or involves numerous issues, the one-month period may be extended by up to two additional months, with the Buyer being informed within the first month about the extension and its reasons.
4.2. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the Seller’s response to their requests, they have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
5. Modification or Update of Personal Data
5.1. The Buyer has the right to modify and/or update their information provided in the registration form at any time by notifying the Seller via email at info@pudbuq.lt
6. Cookies
6.1. The Seller informs the Buyer that, to offer comprehensive services on the online store pudbuq.lt, the Seller stores information (cookies) on the Buyer’s device. The stored information is used to recognize the Buyer as a previous user of the site and to gather site traffic statistics. The Buyer may review, delete, or refuse to accept cookies at any time. However, if cookies are refused, certain site features may become unavailable to the Buyer. By using the online store, it is presumed that the Buyer agrees to the storage of cookies on their device. 7. Amendments and Final Provisions

If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
